Vikrant Narang is the Deputy CEO - Ambit Finvest Pvt Ltd at Ambit Private Limited. Vikrant Narang (Mumbai) joined KKR in 2013. Mr. Narang has more than 12 years of investment banking experience, focused on both fixed income (structured finance, acquisition finance, domestic/international bond issuances) and corporate finance advisory. Prior to KKR, Mr. Narang worked as a director with Barclays Capital in Mumbai. While at Barclays, he was responsible for running certain key strategic relationships in the large and mid-market client portfolios across multiple geographies in India. Mr. Narang has led several large capital-raising transactions and is experienced in structuring, carrying out due diligence, and managing firm’s risk exposure. Over last few years, he has also been actively involved in a broad array of corporate finance advisory and equity capital market transactions. Vikrant is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
