I founded Branded3 in 2003 with the aim of creating a digital agency to offer peerless customer service and transform businesses. Over the following decade, the company's reputation for pioneering insights and outstanding results led us to work with global brands and FTSE 250-listed firms, culminating in our acquisition by St. Ives PLC (now Kin + Carta) in May 2013. After handing Branded3 over to a new management team in 2015, I spent four years investing in specialist agencies and tech start-ups, while developing a vision for a new agency that would build upon the principles of Branded3's success with a bolder vision and a more advanced strategy.
