Mr. Hemmer is the founder and Managing Director of Silver Pine Partners. Previously, he was a Principal at GTCR, a Chicago-based private equity firm that has invested more than $10 billion in capital. At GTCR, he led the consumer products team, invested extensively in the business services sector and served on the firm’s Investment Committee. Mr. Hemmer serves on the Board of Directors of Alignvest Acquisition Corporation, a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation (“SPAC”) which went public on the Toronto Stock Exchange in June 2015.
