Vince is a Managing Director at ICG and has been with the company since May 2000. Vince primarily focuses on overseeing ICG's investments, providing strategic, operational and financial guidance to ICG's partner companies and evaluating new acquisition opportunities. Prior to joining ICG, Vince spent nine years with Arthur Andersen LLP and Coopers & Lybrand LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager in the technology practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. In these roles, Vince provided management consulting services including financial analysis, market research, merger and acquisition transaction support, due diligence and business valuation as well as audit and accounting services across a broad range of industries. In addition, he worked with clients on numerous venture capital investments, acquisitions, initial public offerings and company sales.
