VJ has spent 15 years in the innovation industry, with 7 of them in the heart of Silicon Valley: Venture Capital, Corporate Innovation, leading startups as a 4x Founder & invited CEO, fractional CxO, and VC at multiple funds. His favorite role by far is that of a mentor and coach to now over 50 startups, who have collectively raised over $50M in early stage funding. He's an MBA from Tepper, an Electrical Engineer from Georgia Tech & NC State, and worked as a Systems Engineer in defense, satcom, aviation, radar systems, telecom, AV, AI/ML industries. He takes a systems approach to understanding the world of innovation.
