Wade is a founder and principal of Pender West. He has over 25 years of experience in all areas of investment banking and merchant banking and has been involved in all aspects of investment banking activities including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, financial restructuring, financial modeling, corporate valuations, and strategic evaluations. He was a partner with CWC Capital Ltd. since its formation in 1989 and previously worked in the corporate finance group of Pemberton Securities Ltd.
