Wallace Varga is the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all tax matters affecting the firm and its private equity funds. He is also responsible for tax analysis, structuring and execution of investments. Wallace joined Denham Capital in 2005 and is a member of the Valuation Committee. Prior to joining Denham, Wallace was the Director of Tax for BISYS Alternative Investment Services and Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young where he focused on middle market, real estate, private equity and hedge fund clients. Wallace received a Bachelor of Science from Merrimack College, a Master of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College. Wallace is a Certified Public Accountant.
