Mr. Tendler has been a financial and operational executive at both private and public healthcare and technology companies for over twenty years. He has been instrumental in 40+ equity and debt financings and served as both a director and observer on over 20 boards. During eight years at Avalon Ventures as Administrative Partner and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Tendler handled all administrative and legal matters for several venture funds, was in charge of investor relations and also served as acting Chief Financial Officer of numerous Avalon Ventures portfolio companies.
