Warren was Chairman of Needham & Company and on the Board and Executive Committee of The Needham Group. Prior, he was a Managing Director with Bear Stearns; Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette; Salomon Brothers and Co-Founder of Scully Brothers & Foss. Warren holds a BA from University of Colorado and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
