Warren Lee has served as a member of our board of directors since September 2006. Since June 2011, he has served as a General Partner of Canaan Partners, a venture capital firm. Lee received a B.S. in computer science, and a B.A. in economics from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
