Wave Accelerator, formerly 85 Labs, is a company focused on accelerating innovation in the world. It develops corporate acceleration programs for hubs and large companies and creates startups as a venture builder. It partners with startups and offers them with mentoring programs, social networks, and venture capital investment in partnership with angel investors. 85 Labs was co-founded by Leo Lacerda, Milton Sousa, and Igor Ary Juaçaba in 2013 and is based in Fortaleza, Ceará. It became Wave Accelerator in 2017.
