Webjet is Australia's largest online travel booking website offering flights, hotel bookings, car hire and holiday packages. The business was founded in 1998 by then-retired businessman and former Jetset Travel Chief Executive, David Clarke. The company was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) in 1999. Webjet expanded to New Zealand in 2004 and has since begun joint ventures in North America, Singapore and Hong Kong. In March, 2013, Webjet completed an acquisition of Zuji in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Webjet list flights from all 'leading airlines and low-cost carriers' throughout Australia and the rest of the world. They advertise having access to over 'one million hotel rooms' every day. Webjet Australia offers 24/7 customer support.
