Will is an explorer at heart and is always curious to discover the unknown. His main motivation is to leave the world a better place for his future grandchildren, ideally through the application of new knowledge and technologies. Philosophically he is an anti-fragile stoic who believes in doing the really small things in life and one day hopes to become a Zen master of the high risks-high impact game of start-ups. Professionally he has focused on the establishment of new bio-business ventures with core capabilities in problem-solving, business intelligence and predictive analytics. Intellectually he is interested in the potential of Synthetic Biology, Behavioural Psychology, and Machine Learning.
