Bill King founded DirectorCorps, the publisher of Bank Director magazine, and heads the company’s executive committee. He served as Chairman of the company from its founding until 2014. He was chairman of Private Business, Inc. from its founding through its 1996 IPO, and has served on the boards of both New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq companies. Until its acquisition by Yahoo in 2007, he was chairman of Rivals.com. Bill is a magna cum laude graduate of Princeton University and holds a JD degree from Vanderbilt University School of Law.
