Capuzzi is the CEO of Apex Clearing, a clearing firm and custodian that’s driving the future of wealth management. Apex delivers speed, efficiency and flexibility to firms ranging from innovative start-ups to blue-chip brands and offers solutions that allow RIAs, digital advisors, fintech firms, broker dealers and full service firms to provide the seamless digital experiences today’s consumers expect. As CEO of Apex, Capuzzi sets the vision and strategy to help Apex identify and realize new areas of growth and opportunity. Under his guidance, Apex continues to be a proven leader in clearing and execution, helping power the digital revolution in financial services. Previously, Capuzzi was Chief of Staff at Convergex Group, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and served as Director at Pershing LLC. He started his career on Wall Street at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). Bill holds a BA from Wesleyan University and a MBA in Strategic Management from Rutgers University.
