William is a graduate of the University of California and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He brings Tiger Capital Partners over 23 years of experience with venture business first as a California IT entrepreneur and subsequently as a legal advisor in the U.S. and Far East. After graduating from UCLA, William was a co-founder and principal in two hi-tech ventures in California - an entrepreneur before it was fashionable to be one.
