Prior to joining Cerephex, Mavity was Chairman and CEO of Paracor Medical Inc. He previously served as the President and CEO of two public medical technology companies, Cohesion Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:CSON) and InnerDyne Medical Inc. (NASDAQ:IDYN), both acquired by larger entities resulting in attractive shareholder returns. Mavity was previously Chairman of BioSurface Engineering Technologies, Inc, and a director of USGI Medical, Hotspur Technologies, Cardeon, Aspire Medical, A-Med Systems, NeuColl, Fidus Medical, and the Michigan Technology Council. He also serves on the Advisory Council of the College of Engineering at the University of Delaware.
