Bill Newlands is Constellation’s executive vice president and president Wine & Spirits Division reporting to Rob Sands, chief executive officer. Bill oversees global sales, marketing and operations functions for the Wine & Spirits Division across the U.S., New Zealand and emerging markets. He is also the executive sponsor of our Growth organization, charged with accelerating company-wide innovation and new product development, leveraging strategic insights and customer analytics, and identifying synergies within channel management. Bill is a member of the Executive Management Committee. Bill joined Constellation in 2015 as EVP, Chief Growth Officer. In 2016, his role expanded to include leadership of their Wine & Spirits Division. Bill previously served as president, North America at Beam, Inc.
