Bill Powers currently manages The Strand Partners, the vehicle for Powers Family wealth investments. In addition, Bill serves as a general partner of Sandbridge Capital, a private equity investment team focused on consumer goods, apparel and retail. Bill is a senior advisor to JRK Multifamily Platform and is Managing Director at Aspen Highland Partners, an investment partnership. Bill also actively invests in natural resources, commodities, and collectibles. Mr. Powers resigned from PIMCO in 2010 after a 19-year career as a fixed-income portfolio manager and managing director. He was a member of PIMCO’s Investment and Executive Committees.
