Women's Tech Accelerator by Brad Deals provides the resources and support to Chicago-based female entrepreneurs with great business ideas. The accelerator provides fledgling, female-run businesses the support they need in order to achieve success in the future. Its current cohort of businesses includes a social club for millennial professionals, an online gift inspiration source, and an automated feedback system for managers. Fifty (50) percent of our Brad Deals' staff is female, most of the tech world is sorely lacking in gender equality, especially when it comes to leadership and technical roles. Women make up more than half of the national workforce, and yet only 30 percent of tech workers identify as female.
