About
Xavier is a Partner in the Paris team and has been at 3i since 2000. He started his career in 1995 in the UK as a Financial Controller for Trouvay Cauvin Ltd, subsequently joining Arthur Andersen in Corporate Recovery Services in 1996 where he supported companies in turnaround situations. He has been involved in a number of 3i’s European deals, from origination to deal execution, board membership and exit. He has sat on the Boards of circa 15 companies, notably Aura, Mediapublication, Libération, Mediaperformance, Gekatex, Roche Fortune, SIA, VNU and Trescal. He currently sits on the Board of Etanco. Xavier has a post-graduate degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Strategy from University of Paris Dauphine and a Master's degree in Corporate and Tax Law from the University of Paris Assas.
