Mr Paternot worked with Vinci Capital since 2004. He is responsible for SME investments in industrial and IT sectors and represents Vinci Capital on the board of Omnisens, CES Creative Electronic Systems, RSD and ASIC Robotics. Prior to Vinci Capital Mr Paternot was responsible for new business development. at Microchemical Systems (formerly part of Renaissance PME portfolio), a company providing silicon-based gas-sensors to the automotive industry. Mr Paternot began his career as a manager at Hughes Space and Communications in California, developing the guidance and control system for communication satellites. Mr Paternot holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
