XiaoBao Hu has over 30 years of experience in technology management, operations and venture capital investing. Based in Shanghai, China, he joined the iGlobe team as a Venture Partner in October 2004, bringing with him a strong track record in successful investments. In 1992, Mr. Hu was tapped by the Shanghai Municipal Government to help establish the Shanghai Science and Technology Investment Corporation, which became the majority stakeholder in the Shanghai S&T Investment Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai S&T") a year later. During his 8-year tenure as a Board member and Chief Officer of high technology investments of Shanghai S&T, he led investments in over 30 companies amounting to over $300 million and created several "First in China" companies with good economic returns.
