Xiaobing manages our global sales, marketing, and engineering services delivery through a team of country heads in each territory. He is responsible for driving our sales and profit as well as improving the global customer experience and building global strategic accounts. He has an excellent track record in efficient delivery in firstly the Global Drivetrain Business Unit and more recently the Asia Pacific Region. He serves as Chief Commercial Officer since September 2015, with previous roles including VP – Asia Pacific, Global Director for Drivetrain BU, Business Development Director for Wind BU, and Regional Director for China.
