Yael Alroy

Yael Alroy is a Partner at Viola Ventures. She joined Viola Ventures in March 2019 as a Principal, where she is the first point of contact for entrepreneurs looking to receive funding for their startups. As part of her role, she evaluates the suitability of the startups for a potential investment. In 2018 she founded and led a pitch competition for female entrepreneurs, to support her commitment to encouraging more women founders in Israel. Prior to joining Viola, Yael spent 5 years at Signals Analytics, where she led a team that developed and designed data analytics products for Marketing, Strategy, and Product Innovation. She worked with large-scale accounts for Fortune 500 companies in the CPG, Food & Beverages, and Healthcare industries. Before that, Yael held several roles in IT, web development, and technical support.
