Yael Ran

About

Part of the JVP family since 2009, Yael became JVP’s Director of Human Resources in 2011 after serving as Human Resources Manager at one of the Fund’s portfolio companies. Yael completed her Masters’ degree in Labor relations at Cornell University where she wrote her final paper on HR and Cultural Aspects of Global Organizations. During her term in the U.S Yael worked for Schlumberger (a leading provider of reservoir characterization, drilling, production, and processing technologies to the oil and gas industry) as HR Generalist at their Princeton R&D center. Yael earned her Law degree from Tel Aviv University and practiced commercial law, she studied French history culture and linguistics at the Sorbonne University in Paris. During her military service at the IDF Yael was an educational guide at the IDF Educational corps.
