Yair Amit is an entrepreneur, advisor and angel investor who specializes in the field of cyber security. Previously, he served as VP Product Strategy of Symantec's Endpoint Solutions and VP & CTO of the Modern OS Security business of Symantec. He joined Symantec through the acquisition of Skycure, which he co-founded in 2012. Mr. Amit led Skycure's & Symantec's engineering, product, research and analyst-relations activities in the field of mobile & modern OS security since the Mobile Threat Defense market's inception. Yair holds 20 security-related patents and has been active in the security industry for the past two decades: his research and findings led to numerous high-profile disclosures and presentations in global conferences throughout the years.
