Yan, 51yo Swiss born, has earned a Master in Telecommunications and graduated from IMD Business School. In the first stage of his career, he led several large infrastructures projects for market leaders such as: BMW, ICI, AT&T. In 2000, he became CEO of Urbanet, the first European start-up offering high speed Internet over Cable TV. After a successful company growth and integration within UPC Group (member of Liberty Global), Yan build and run UPC'S national B2B customer services organization (Pre-sales, engineering, support, PMO and Billing).
