Yansong Cao focuses on investment opportunities in Northeastern area of China and is based in Harbin. Prior to joining Infinity, Mr. Cao was the General Manager of Qingxian Runfeng Steel Company Ltd. in Hebei, China. Formally, he worked as an associate in investment bank division at J.P. Morgan Securities in Hong Kong, where he participated in Chinese Company’s Overseas IPO projects and M&A projects such as China Netcom’s merger with China Unicom. Mr. Cao also worked as a senior software engineer at EMC Corporation, the world’s number one data storage company based in MA, USA, from September 2001 to June 2005. Cao has three Masters degrees; in Physics and in Science in Information systems from Northeastern University, USA, and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, USA.
