Yehuda Neuberger is the President of Brownstone Recovery Group. Neuberger is an active private equity investor with investments in a range of companies in various sectors including financial services, back office processing, and business software. Neuberger serves on the Boards of Directors for many companies and not-for-profit institutions, including publicly-held Maiden Holdings. From 2001 to 2008, Neuberger was Executive Vice President of American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, and continues to serve on its Board and on the Board of its international parent, Armor Holdco. Prior to that, Neuberger was an attorney with the firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP. Neuberger is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Harvard Law School.
