Usage data: We log search queries, export activity, and page views to improve the Service.

Payment data: Stripe processes your payment information. VCSift does not store full credit card numbers.

2. Investor Data

VCSift's investor database contains publicly available professional information collected from public sources. This includes names, firm affiliations, professional email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, and investment focus data.

If you are an investor who would like to be removed from our database, please see our Data Removal page.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional emails (receipts, password resets); and communicate important updates.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies

VCSift uses cookies for session management and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
