Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VCSift ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

VCSift provides a database of publicly available investor information. You may use contact information accessed through VCSift solely for legitimate business outreach. Spam, bulk unsolicited messaging, and illegal use are strictly prohibited.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

VCSift offers annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on an annual basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Export Limits

Essentials subscribers may export up to 500 investor contacts per calendar month. Pro subscribers may export up to 5,000 contacts per calendar month. Export quotas reset on the 1st of each month.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) resell or redistribute VCSift data; (b) use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data beyond your plan limits; (c) use contact information for spam or harassing communications; (d) share account credentials with others.

6. Disclaimers

VCSift provides data "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any investor information. Contact details may change; always verify before sending sensitive communications.

7. Limitation of Liability

VCSift's total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
